How the Platform Works

Uploading Files

· From the cloud icon on the right of the menu, you can create folders and upload files.

· By clicking the right mouse button in the middle of the white space, this menu appears where you can upload folders and files and create a new folder.

· Click on the option you want to execute and select the file you wish to upload... wait a moment for the file to be uploaded.

· By hovering the cursor over the file and clicking the right mouse button, you can choose

Creating and Managing Folders

· By clicking on the cloud icon and selecting create folder.

· By hovering your cursor over the folder and clicking the right mouse button, you can perform several options including editing the folder name, sharing it, downloading it, and moving it to another folder.

· From the rename option, you can edit the folder name.

· Sharing any file or folder: hover the cursor over the desired file and click the right mouse button. From the options, select share. You can specify the allowed action such as editing and downloading.

· Click on the get link icon, copy the link, and send it to whoever you want.

· You can delete folders and restore them from the trash or delete them permanently.

· By clicking on the team folders icon, you can create folders specific to your team.

· Type the folder name and add the required members through the email of the member registered on the platform.

Context Menu

A fully integrated context menu is available (right-click on the file or folder) with all the actions you would expect such as delete, copy, share, move, rename, get link, and more. This menu can also be accessed from the navigation bar on touch devices.

Trash

Deleted items will first be moved to the trash so they can be restored later.

Favorites

Mark files or folders as favorites so you can easily find them later from the favorites page.

Search

Powerful search will find files and folders at any depth level.

Upgrade

You can upgrade your plan that suits you with simple and easy steps through the upgrade icon and follow multiple flexible payment steps.

The admin panel contains many settings that allow you to customize the site according to your needs.
